Now it's autumn (in the northern hemisphere at least!), now's a good time to start walking as a daily activity. And when I mean walking - I mean for a sustained period - at least 30 minutes. This routine could be built into your already current list of daily habits. Maybe it's better to walk than drive to the shops, for example.
Walking is a great thing - you start off thinking "this doesn't seem to be doing much good for me!" - then 15 minutes in, your thoughts are suddenly more relaxed, you feel less stressed, you feel more energetic - all from putting one foot in front of the other!
